Technology Team Achievements - 2010

1.    Launching the website of the Life Makers Association, a page on Facebook for each team in the Association, and Video Cannel on the YouTube starting 12/08/2010.

2.    Organizing an interactive Reading Campaign on Facebook which attracted hundreds of participants and included the preparation of eight (8) videos.

3.    Activating Members’ Development – Phase One Initiative to enable them to acquire presentation and debating skills through six topics: a) Introduction to Wireless Communication; b) Reflections on the Role of Faith in Decision Making; c) The Alchemist Novel by Paulo Coelho; d) The ‘Secret’ Book; and e) The ‘Joys of the Soul’ Book.

4.    Establishing the Media Team to cover the various activities of the Association and its teams, producing reports in both Arabic and English, and publishing these reports in newspapers and relevant websites.

5.    Publishing the Association activity news in local newspapers and websites such as Al-Dostour news paper; Al-Medina News; Tell Me Website; and others.

6.    Producing and uploading 34 videos on the Association YouTube video channel.

7.    Attracting 1,200 Association supporters on Facebook.

8.    Advertizing the Association activities and attracting new team members.

9.    Organizing Interactive Reading of seven (7) books under the theme of ‘Leaders Development’.

10.    Writing and publishing more than a hundred (100) articles and news items and uploading more than two hundred (200) photos on the website.

11.    Conducting interviews with three (3) distinguished members of the Association and publishing three success stories of the Association.

12.    E-mailing a monthly ‘News Letter’ to the Association supporters including covering major Association events.

13.    Expanding the Technology Team membership from three (3) to fifteen (15) members.
