Nothing gives you pleasure and motivation than see the eyes of young people insist on progress and success.
Each one who attended the last course presented by Dr. Jasim noticed that the training session is distinguished with the big presence of people. The people have ambitious dreams for the Revival which will move the country from the current situation into the reality of civilized production and knowledge advancement. We will not go through every details of the training session. Yet, the participants have done something remarkable which met the pleasure of others. We were able to achieve what we hope as a team. Our endeavor and ambition created the interaction and enthusiasm as learners.
I would like to shed the light on some of my observations during the training days:
2-Commitment is the Slogan of Revival People: commitment of the participants to the timing of breaks and lectures shows their sincere interest in the training subject “The Revival”. They were very distinguished with this commitment characteristic. We also selected the participants to attend this training session conducted by Dr. Jassim or the discussion session for his books. We congratulate the participants in their commitment to the revival and recommend them to maintain on this spirit. For example, they started the training session early at 09:00 on Friday morning and staying late till 07:00 in the evening. Moreover, some participants were coming to the training from other countries. I have met some participants from Palestine. Actually, many things captured my heart. That is why the first slogan for The Revivals is commitment.
3-The Revival Spirit is an Action Not a Saying: Dr. Jassim and the participants were given the break times to rest. Yet they were using the break times for discussions in revival project and general issues. Dr. Jassim spares no effort to meet the students regardless of his resting time in the hotel. Spirit of giving by the Master; Dr. Jassim; and spirit of seeking knowledge and science by the students create The Revival as an action.
4-Living With the Future: Dr. Jassim was committed to the implementation of the chairman of training session such as starting time, breaks. Actually, this indicated to his famous saying “Living with the Future”. So, it is worthy to mention the following situation; someone was wondering why Dr. Jassim prefers to sit with the young participants rather than with the trainers. Dr. Jassim answered “I love to sit with the future”.
5-Understanding the Concept of the Training Session: In the second day of training session, I noticed a group of women gathering in a break in order to discuss about an upcoming project. In the last day of training, I asked about the number of the project team. The team includes 20 members. It is really a big number of women joining the team. Most of the participants assured on their willing to be the founders of the project. Creating this project indicates that they did perceive the concept of the training session of the “Leadership Development and Revival Project”.
To sum up, these are some points that dragged my attention. Finally, I would like to thank and appreciate the efforts made by Dr. Jassim, the participants and the organizing team that worked hard and dedicated themselves to the success of the training session. Special thanks to the presence of Mr. Mohammad Jarrar – Head of Life Makers Society – as he attended the training and supported the project from right beginnings. I appreciate the efforts made by sister Sara Abo Gharbieh as she created a distinguished design for the book marks; efforts of brother Hassan Dweikat for helping out in registration process and conducting the press interview with Dr. Jassim. We seek all the acceptance and success from Almighty Allah.
