Each project gave 5 minutes to present the project’s idea, followed by 10 minutes for discussion with the audience and the committee.
The project’s presentation included the goals, the available application methodologies, the challenges that may encounter the implementation, and the project’s effects on both: the individuals and the community.
The appraising committee role was focused on complementing and helping the young ideas, to reach an integrated perspective that can be implemented in real.
The first project, named “Engineers In Real”, aimed at preparing highly qualified engineers, the second, named “Hifth Al Ne’mah” (Keeping The Grace); aimed at using food left overs in a useful way, the third aimed at building non costly houses in a scientific way, the fourth was to a Saudi association aiming at training working women, the fifth to reform the community ideas about the woman, and as for the sixth, it was for an associations that needs funds to implement activities and educative programs for children in an artistic way. The seventh was to found a clinic to increase the nutritional awareness and to offer nutritional programs and consultations, and the last one was to release the creativity through facilitating the access to prizes.
Two weeks ago, the society announced on its Face book page, and on its website, its readiness to receive new projects, as a first step in the implementation of the Renaissance project that the society has adopted to prompt the social growth.
This came 1 month after Dr. Jassem Sultan attendance –founder of the project- to give some training courses, which had a large attendance and motivation to the youth to participate in the large Renaissance projects, like education and industry.
