25-   In your opinion, how do the satellite channels and the internet affect reading books and newspapers?
First of all we cannot deny the role of the satellite channels and the internet in the dissemination of knowledge in a way that may help spread positive ideas, however we need to take from these sources to the solid basis in our minds and ideas in order to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff regarding these ideas. In that case, if these means were employed correctly, I think that they would have bright impact on the different categories of the society.

We are supposed to care about appearance because we cannot ignore its impact on others, but this must not come at the expanse of more important things.

29-   It is obvious that you are a first-rate social person therefore it is expected that you are well-versed of the fields of voluntary work in Jordan, but you have preferred to join Life Makers association in particular. What are the reasons?
Well, the field of voluntary work is interesting, great, and varied at the same time, you can practice it individually and collectively as well. As for the reason that made me join Life Makers association in particular; it is that there are neither partisan nor political background for the work or the members themselves and subsequently this provides plenty of thought freedom, and the absence of any partisan considerations which leads to the increase of ideas breadth away from restrictions.

30-   What motivated you to join Small Projects Team?
It is my feeling that I have abilities and energies which may be modest yet they could have a positive impact on life and people around me, that’s why I preferred to take advantage of my abilities in the field of voluntary and charity work.

31-   When did you join the Small Projects Team?
In 2007.

32-   What does Small Projects Team mean? and what are its concerns?
For me the team means the ability to give support to others in a way that makes them no more in need of aids and charities, furthermore to instill the spirit of productivity in the society members in order not to depend on aids, and let them have trust in Allah and themselves that they are able to succeed and continue in these projects.

33-   The strength of Small Projects Team lies in?
In its ability to study the incoming cases and support the ones worth helping.

34-   And its weakness lies in?
The dominance of the social conditions specially on the projects owned by women, in a way that sets back the course of projects.

35-   How do you describe Tamara El Abady (The leader of Small Projects Team)?
Tamara combines the characteristics of kindness, beauty of human soul, strength and seriousness which makes of her a well organized mentality and logical person in dealing with people whether at the personal level or at voluntary work level. For me I always feel comfort and easiness in our dealings.

36-   In your analytical and realistic point of view, what does Small Projects Team need to bring high notability?
It needs to enhance the concept of Small Projects and the role it plays in the development of the different society’s categories, also it needs incorporeal support ( like: encouragement, patience, and persistence ), yet the most important element is the financial support which facilitates the Team’s work.

37-   What are your dreams and ambitions in 2011 concerning Small Projects Team?
It is unlimited ambition to expand the pre-supported projects so they would become success stories to the following projects. Also to make qualitative and quantitative development of the style of projects which will be financed in the new year, this will improve projects in addition to the level of the individuals and their mental, creative, and practical production.

38-   A lot has been said recently about the Renaissance thought. In which part does your team contribute in?
You can classify the Small Projects Team as the one that represents the practical side at its beginnings, yet it moves toward expanding in society and hence into the nation Renaissance.

39-   What made Small Projects Team succeed in your opinion?
The team’s success stems from its persistence and ability to communicate with others whatsoever their human, social, practical, corporeal and incorporeal levels are.

40-   To what extent there are similarities and dissimilarities concerning the opinions and the work of Small Projects Team’s members?
I think that dissimilarity achieves enrichment and uniqueness, and leads to broader horizons in the team’s work and projects. Moreover similarity and dissimilarity give us better chance in distributing the tasks among the different team’s members, this realizes a balance in the team’s performance as it takes into account the points of weakness and strength in each member.

41-   What does youth mean to you?
It is the potential powers that we should make good use of in order to develop the youth’s mentalities and abilities, and to develop society and its elements like seeking knowledge and voluntary work.

42-   What do you care about most?
My ambition in knowledge and work.

43-   Do women make up one half of society?
Yes, and they control the other half; if woman acts correctly, the whole society becomes good, but if she gets spoilt the whole society gets spoilt.

44-   What is your opinion in the saying:
“what’s bred in the bone will come out in the flesh” ?
If we try to work on ideas and feelings, we would be able to change the nature itself, and this is better than trying to change only actions. In other words, the change of ideas results in the change of actions.

45-   Does Enas seek perfection and why ?
Our prophet Mohammed ( peace be upon him ) said :
“ If you ask Allah for paradise, then ask him for Al – Firdaws ( the highest level of paradise).”
And Allah says :“and make us leaders (imams) of the pious”
So we try to reach perfection but we are human beings thus we may get it right or may not.

Our (given) time is over, that is Enas accurate in her dates, we learn from her how to respect  time and how we move toward the bright future through the company.
